Booking Policy
At Sea2Shore Watersports adventure, We are committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless booking experience. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our booking policy before confirming your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their bookings online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please note that all cancellations initiated by the client are non-refundable, except in cases of bad weather.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will be treated as a no-show and which is non-refundable.
Cancellations Due to Weather:
Safety is our top priority. If bad weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds) require cancellation, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule their bookings online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. After this period, rescheduling will not be possible, and the full booking fee will apply in the event of a no-show.
No Show Policy:
All bookings must be paid upfront and are non-refundable unless canceled due to bad weather, as determined by our team. Failure to show up at your scheduled time will result in forfeiture of your booking with no rescheduling or refunds.
Additional Notes:
Refunds due to bad weather will be processed promptly, and our team will communicate any cancellations due to unsafe conditions.
Health and Wellness Policy
At Sea2shore Watersports Adventures, the health and safety of our customers and staff are of utmost importance. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we have established the following health guidelines:
Participant Health Requirements:
Participants should be in good physical health and free from conditions that may impair their ability to operate or ride on a jet ski safely.
Individuals with the following conditions are advised not to participate for their safety:

Recent surgeries or injuries.

Heart or respiratory conditions.

Pregnancy (as jet skiing can involve sudden movements and bumps).

Other conditions that may be exacerbated by physical activity.
Customers must inform staff of any relevant health concerns prior to the activity.Hydration and Sun Protection
Customers are advised to stay hydrated and apply sunscreen before participating.
Post-Activity Health:
Participants who feel unwell or experience discomfort after their ride should report to staff immediately.
Customers are encouraged to rest and hydrate after their jet ski session.
We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle and wearing UV-protective clothing or accessories.
Age, Weight, and Safety Policy
At Sea2Shore Watersports Adventure, your safety is our top priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our clients, the following age, weight, and safety restrictions apply:
Age Restrictions:
All riders and drivers must be 16 years of age or older to participate.
Riders under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a liability waiver before riding.
Weight Restrictions:
For safety and optimal performance, the combined weight of riders on a single Yamaha jet ski must not exceed 500 to 600 pounds (227 to 272 kg).
Safety Requirements:
All participants must wear a Coast Guard-approved life jacket, which will be provided by Sea2Shore Watersports Adventure.
Participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing before operating the jet ski.
Operators are required to adhere to all local boating laws and instructions provided by our staff.
Riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Clients should be in good physical condition and free from any medical conditions that could impair their ability to safely operate or ride on a jet ski.
Enforcement: Our team reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of being under the influence. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Additional Notes:
Sea2Shore Watersports Adventure reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or poses a safety risk. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Data Collection: We collect personal information solely for booking purposes, such as name, contact information, and payment details.
Data Use: Your information will only be used to manage your booking and send relevant updates.
Data Protection: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Damage & Liability Policy
Your safety and our equipment's condition are our priorities. Please adhere to the following:
Responsibility for Damages: Customers are fully responsible for any damage to the jet ski, equipment, or property caused during their rental period.
Damage Rental:
Renters are fully responsible for any damage caused to the jet ski or equipment during their rental period. A $350 damage fee will be charged for any damages incurred. By renting, you agree to assume all liability for injuries or accidents and release the business from any claims.
Equipment Policy:
Our jet skis are maintained to the highest standards for your safety and enjoyment.
Equipment Inspection: Jet skis are inspected before and after each rental. Any pre-existing damage will be noted before the rental begins.
Use of Equipment:
Only equipment provided by Sea2shore Watersports Adventures, including life jackets, may be used during your rental.
Lost or Damaged Equipment:
Customers are responsible for the cost of replacing any lost or damaged equipment.
Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver before operating any jet ski. This acknowledges their responsibility and releases Sea2shore Watersports Adventures from claims due to accidents, injuries, or equipment misuse.
Late Arrival Policy
Grace Period:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling Options:
If you anticipate being late, please contact us immediately. Rescheduling may be possible based on availability but is not guaranteed.
Payment Policy
At Sea2shore Watersports Adventures, we aim to make the booking process as seamless as possible. Please review our payment

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. Cash payments are only accepted on-site.
Payment Requirements:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Taxes and Fees:
All bookings are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which will be displayed during the checkout process.
Refunds: (when applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
