At Sea2Shore Watersports adventure , we are committed to providing exceptional service and a seamless booking experience. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our booking policy before confirming your reservation. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their bookings online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please note that all cancellations initiated by the client are non-refundable, except in cases of bad weather (see below). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will be treated as a no-show and will incur the full booking fee, which is non-refundable. Cancellations Due to Weather: Safety is our top priority. If bad weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds) require cancellation, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their bookings online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. After this period, rescheduling will not be possible, and the full booking fee will apply in the event of a no-show. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled booking without prior notice will be charged the full booking fee, which is non-refundable. Additional Notes Refunds due to bad weather will be processed promptly, and our team will communicate any cancellations due to unsafe conditions.
